On to the third and final feature about this truly resourceful tool, and the unique patented Email-X Technology. This is the cherry on top, as it creates instant interaction on a more personal level.

How? through opening their preferred email service, i.e. Outlook Express,  or Vista’s Windows Mail when they get to the page. This really does craete alot of alert as it intially seems very suspicious but when it’s finally open with all the text in place, i.e. just hit the send button to recieve your free–whatever it creates a high response rate.

This just pops up as the page loads, or again like the other popups, you can time it for a few seconds or to only come up when someone exits the page.

Of course they click send and then you recieve an email from their address requesting the free ebook or what ever it is you have to offer.

Theres the start of your list!

It could be argued that this is maybe the most effective  “popup” concievable on the web since its pretty much the person getting in contact with you, not opting-in.

see how that works?, its as good as them clicking the contact me button on your website, except automatically.

As you can see here all the necessary fields that you would expect to see in an email client are here for you to manipulate so this will pop up everytime you go to the site where the necessary code is installed. the preview popup feature is a nice addition at the bottom of the window.

this is the final step and the completion of this review and software. This alone is incredibly useful and should be a part of every internet software tool. All you do is select the html file that you want the popup to be on, usually the index.html (the main page of your site, or the homepage) and it installs all the necessary code!

all you need to do is ftp up the site and the files tht come with it to your server. And then its all there in check ready for it to go.

The original idea of pop-ups was to enhance the web users expierience while online, provide them with relevant interesting info to aid whatever it is they are searching for, however at somepoint this “helpline” got skewed and now we’ll all do anthing to get rid of them. Malicious webmasters also exploited them to bugger up are computers and fill them full of spyware, virus’, malware and adware, which has slowed down our computers to a holt no end.

Just recently though, you may have noticed on some of your favourite sites, and other peoples personal sites that popups are returning, this time to much greater and cleaner effect. Often they wizz in and off of your screen with a great offer that you just cannot miss-and this stands true usually. They usually offer things like free reports and ebooks with related content to whatever it is your currently looking at.

They all ask for one thing, in order for you to recieve your free ebook- Name and Email Adress

Now they have that they can send you the ebook you requested and market other things to you at a later date. What Im about to show you now is  the exact piece of software used to create these engaging, moneymaking pop ups.

Lets Start with the standard ones;These are very effective, since it appears like a windows alert. It makes the same noise to so when people hear and see it, it definitely gets their attention. After the initial bit of panic they will read the message and if you have something good to offer in exchange for their name and address, they will sign up instantly.

You can completely edit the text fields you see to say whatever you want, you can also choose whether you want it to comeup instantly or give it a silight delay in seconds. It can also come up just as they click back or go to close the window. This is fantastic for down-selling and catching them at just the right time.

Even if they don’t buy you still have their name and address.

If you take a closer look at this screenshot, you can see how much you can customize it to really fit in with your website. You can also choose the subject headline so when you recieve peoples addresses you’ll know which site or popup ad it came from. This is crucial for testing and streamlining your business.

The next form of popup/popin adress grabber is a little javascript and flash-based module. This looks very slick and can really help in putting your professional business image across. Due to this being java and flash-based, it bypasses pretty much every pop-up blocker on the web. This is because it’s a flash based interactive module, it is automatically assumed that it is part of the site anyway, like a flash game or movie.

Due to this being a completely different bit of coding compared to the standard opt-in automater box the way you dictate what appears in the text fields has to be done with some html, Simple stuff though ie. <li> bullet points, <i> italic, <b> Bold, <u> underlined etc. This can give you a bit more flexibility though if your quite au fait with HTML

see! nothing to hard and quite easy to figure out for yourself, If you really are sompletely terrified by the smallest bit of html, all you have to do is replace the written words with the ones you want, that way everything will be fine and look the same with your phrasing.

If anything though this is even more customisable than the other opt-in automater box, you can change each individual colour, fonts, how big the popup should be (pixel width and hieght) you can even change the background shadow depth, colour and how you want the pop-in to disapear and re-appear.

You also still have the ability to choose when, where and how the pop-up is going to appear and disapear.

Are you now beginning to grasp how powerful this software is? you should be!

This is really important as it has allowed me to sell higher priced products to them at later dates and develop some good friendships along the way.

While this is primarily a name and adress collector, it allows you to do this in innovative and enticing ways that make people voluntarily want to opt-in to your service or product whatever that may be.

You have three different ways to go about this, with a standard popup, which looks like a windows alert message-hence the great response. A fancy little javascript based module which slides in and out. This is very enticing with its professional flash look.

I have Found Squidoo to be very useful and versatile, especially when creating professional good looking pages quickly. I have really ignored it altogether until recently but now social bookmarking and web 2.0 have really taken off I figured it was worth jumping on the bandwagon too.

I noticed that google seems to prioritize web 2.0 stuff over alot of other important well established sites.

With RSS feeds, Social bookmarking, networking, twitter, facebook and web 2.0 combined the results that can be produced are astonishing, and the avalanche of traffic that comes with it. In many cases this goes viral round the web too.

The best part about it though is it’s all  FREE and when combined and used effectively, with a “system” It’ far better than any paid advertising campaign, the important thing too is that the traffic flow usually lasts. It doesnt tail off, i.e. when you do a press release you get an avalanche of traffic then it tails off slightly or altogether.

Ok soo thats all very well, the price for this greatness and power?…alot of hard work and networking with people and sites, while its very much worth it, it really needs to be a sustained level of commitment by you

Same with the images you can drag, rotate make larger or smaller, blend with the background ghost tint, make transparent. It really is a very flexible tool. You have everything you want, when you want it and how you want it.

A lot of graphics designers turn their nose up at it, but that’s simply because they are already affluent with these professional graphics packages I was on about, which is all very well and good…but 90% of us in the world of internet marketing just want to get stuff done, professionally, quickly and simply, and don’t care what we use as long as it looks good and makes money and sales. At the end of the day that is what software like this is all about and it does it fantastically.

That’s why I couldn’t recommend this more for people who want to get an edge and simplify their ebiz that little bit more
